Who we are

Window Quotes Pro is a lead-matching service that connects UK homeowners with vetted, accredited local window installers. We are the data controller for the information you submit through our quote request form. You can contact us about your data using the details in the “How to contact us” section below.

What we collect

When you complete the quote request form we collect:

• Your contact details — first name, last name, email address and phone number.
• Your postcode, so we can match you with installers who cover your area.
• Your homeowner status (whether you own the property), which we use to check the enquiry is suitable.
• Marketing attribution data — the campaign source and medium that brought you here, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers (such as Google and Meta click IDs), the page you landed on, your browser user-agent and your IP address.

How we use your data and our lawful basis

We use your details to process your quote request and pass it to matched installers. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in operating a quote-matching service. Specifically:

• We will contact you by phone about the application you made — to confirm your requirements and arrange your free, no-obligation quotes and home survey. Calls are directly related to the quote request you submitted.
• We may also contact you by email in connection with that same request.
• We use marketing attribution data to understand which campaigns are effective and to prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.

Who we share it with

Qualified enquiries are passed to a matched, vetted installer (or a small number of them) so they can prepare your quotes and arrange a survey. We also use trusted service providers who host our website and process form submissions on our behalf, under contract. We do not sell your data. We may disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain quote request data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation or to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
